Returning your order at the Oallery store

Yes, you can return your order at Oallery. You can return your online order within 30 days and we will issue a refund. Sale items bought online can not be returned in-store.


Exchanges and Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund when the product is defect. Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer.


Customers can return item(s) within 14 business days at their own expense (non-used items(s) in new condition only.) We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees. Oallery reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euro's (€) off refunds when merchandise is returned without prior written communications and/or agreement. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be unused as new condition, if the product packaging is damaged, Oallery will charge a fee of a minimum of 15% of the retail value of the product.


In case of an error from Oallery’s side; wherein a return is necessary, returns should be sent using the post (no express shipping.) Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage, which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 business days to process your refund.


In case of returning items back to us from countries outside of the EU, please describe a lowered commerical value on the invoice as extra costs from taxes wil be charged back to the customer.


Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/ activated order is cancelled before the product has been sent out, Oallery reserves the right to charge 5 euro’s (€) as a maintenance fee for restocking the product.



The estimated delivery time depends on the country of destination. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.




Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, this is including the costs of delivery except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us)

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 7 working days after arrival of the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from your order to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

By excluding shipping costs; our goal is to make our consumer more environmental conscious about their order.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
